Why Steam Clean:

Carpet manufacturers recommend steam cleaning and most require it once a year, to maintain the carpet warranty.

Carpet Drying:

The HydroClean Truck Mount extracts most of the moisture from your carpet, leaving it damp and ready to dry. It is okay to walk on it. Often we use speed power dryers to dry your carpet even faster.

Home Prep:

Remove as much furniture as you can. Remove items off of other furniture like electronics, plants, lamps and knick-knacks. Pick up all items on the carpet.

Items We Don't Move:

We don't move items such as TVs, pianos, electronics, china cabinets, beds, dressers with mirrors, pool tables, etc. We clean around these items.

Items We Do Move:

We professionally slide and move and replace items such as tables, sofas, loveseats, chairs, sectionals, etc.

Vacuum:

Our technician begins your service with a deep HEPA-Filtered Vacuuming. You do not need to vacuum before your cleaning.

Technicians:

All of our technicians are owners and family members, trained and professional carpet cleaners. We never use subcontractors or day labor or anyone that is not trained and background checked.

Insured:

HydroClean is fully licensed and insured. Our Technicians are covered by worker compensation insurance.

Stain Protection:

We recommend and can apply Scotchgard stain protectors that coat and seal each carpet fiber. This gives you more time to clean spills before they soak completely into the fiber or carpet and furniture.

Deodorizer:

Our deodorizers are eco-friendly and family safe. We leave behind a clean, fresh scent that helps eliminate odors.

Pet Urine And Odor:

For extreme odors, such as pet damage, we utilize specialized enzyme based solutions, as well as odor encapsulating cleaning treatments. Everything we use is certified safe.

Electricity:

In most cases, the electricity needs to be turned on while we are cleaning. We vacuum and use lights and use air flow movers.

Water:

Our technician connects to your outdoor water facet. Our onboard water management system cycles your facet water through our 12-Stage micro filtering process. This process removes unwanted minerals and hard water chemicals from the water. Our process softens, oxygenates and empowers the water before we use it to deep clean your carpets, floors and furniture.

Payment:

For customers who do not have an account with us, we accepts cash, local checks and debit and credit cards at the time of service.

Carpet Repair:

HydroClean is focused on cleaning carpets and provided great service. We do not repair or replace carpets.

Carpet Ripples:

If your carpet has bubbles or ripples after cleaning, it should lay flat again when dry. This is a sign the carpet was in need of re-stretching prior to the cleaning.

Stain Removal:

The HydrClean Process Removes most stains. However, Carpet Cleaners can not remove all stains. There are substances that permanently discolor, bleach or dye carpet fibers.

Reappearing Stains:

Sometimes deep rooted stains reach down to the carpet backing . After cleaning, these stains may wick to the surface, as the carpet dries.

Worn Carpet:

Cleaning carpet that is worn down, burned or damaged, cleans the carpet, but cleaning alone does not restore worn carpet.
